Configuration

The Nu-Hope Nu-Form is a 4-inch-wide ostomy support belt made with Cool Comfort elastic. Select the waist range and opening configuration that matches your pouching system.

Check fit before ordering: Measure around your body at stoma level and confirm the opening size and placement with your ostomy nurse or Nu-Hope sizing guide. Some oval openings are appliance-specific: the medium oval fits Nu-Hope pouches only, while the listed W and Q oval openings are for Coloplast only. One configuration has no opening; the side-positioned opening is identified in its option name.
