Shipping policy

We use postal services, couriers and shippers. You can expect delivery in 2–8 business days in most major cities. 

Regardless of how your product is shipped, we will send you an email to let you know when your order has left the warehouse.

Please ensure the address you provide is correct. DignityPlus.ca cannot be responsible for orders shipped to the wrong address.

If a package is returned to DignityPlus.ca as undeliverable, we will contact you to correct the address and then reship the item at your expense.
