Shipping policy

Shipping rates for Ontario

For orders shipped to Ontario, flat-rate shipping is $19.99 on merchandise totals from $45.00 to $149.99, and $12.00 on merchandise totals from $150.00 to $249.99. Orders with merchandise totals of $250.00 or more qualify for free shipping.

Orders under $45.00 and orders shipped to other provinces are charged Canada Post rates calculated at checkout. Canada Post service options may also be available for Ontario orders.

Local delivery

Local delivery is available for $10.00 to eligible GTA addresses within 80 km of our Markham location (7321 Victoria Park Ave, Unit 12, Markham, Ontario L3R 2Z8). A $50.00 minimum order applies. If your address is eligible, the local delivery option will appear at checkout.

We use postal services, couriers and shippers. You can expect delivery in 2–8 business days in most major cities.

Regardless of how your product is shipped, we will send you an email to let you know when your order has left the warehouse.

Please ensure the address you provide is correct. DignityPlus.ca cannot be responsible for orders shipped to the wrong address.

If a package is returned to DignityPlus.ca as undeliverable, we will contact you to correct the address and then reship the item at your expense.

Shipping to the United States

We accept US orders for delivery to addresses served by our available carrier. US orders ship from Canada using Purolator Ground U.S. Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your order and delivery address. Purolator requires a street address and does not deliver to PO boxes.

US customers are responsible for applicable import duties, taxes and customs or brokerage charges. These charges are not included in our product prices or checkout shipping charges and may be collected separately by the carrier.

The delivery estimate above applies to Canadian orders only. Cross-border delivery depends on the destination and customs clearance. Tracking is provided after dispatch; customs processing can delay delivery.
