Refund policy
Due to the intended personal care use of our products, we are unable to accept returns of any product, opened or unopened. This policy ensures the sanitation of all products in our warehouse. This includes products that have been changed by the manufacturer as this is beyond our control.
If you have received a product that is damaged or faulty, please contact us at help@dignityplus.ca. Please note that we may ask for photos of the damage or defect for quality assurance.
